 Frank Anderson started his building and development business in 1975, specializing in the creation of infill projects for the downtown area. First City Realty and Development became known for innovative land design and exceptional craftsmanship of new homes paired with period architecture. The company's success expanded as long time natives sought to join state of the art construction with the look and feel of the adjoining neighborhoods. His influence on The City Beautiful has shaped the landscape for more than three decades by creating some of its most beloved neighborhoods in Colonial Town and College Park. First City Realty and Development has received several awards from the City of Orlando and the Downtown Development Board for contributions to the community. Mr. Anderson has served on the board for numerous civic organizations and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors and National Association of Home Builders throughout his career.
